This piece shows the lightness of the enlightened spiritual leader who capitalises on the benighted servants below him, showing his ‘lightness’ and privileged position being possible only because of those he exploits. This piece of art was created on slate giving an archaic and yet industrial texture to it, as well as representing both the spirit and the physical work behind it.
